DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED for all orders over $200
All orders over $200 are shipped insured, and add Direct Signature Required (DSR). DSR means that the carrier will require a signature at time of delivery. If nobody is able to sign for the package, it will not be delivered, and carrier will attempt delivery the following business day. This is done to help ensure you receive your order, and it is not lost or stolen before you receive it. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to sender in which case you will be charged for return shipping, and reshipping of the package.
If you do not wish for DSR, email sales@remark-usa.com immediately after order is placed to request that the package be shipped without direct signature required. On orders over $500 we cannot remove the DSR as we insure each shipment for invoice value, and FEDEX requires a signature when insured for $500 or more.
